3. Pricing and Payments

3.2. Payment is due at the time of service completion. We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of electronic payment.

 

4. Service Location

4.1. Services will be provided at the location specified during scheduling. Ensure adequate space and access for our detailing team.

 

4.2. In the event of inclement weather, we may need to reschedule your appointment for the safety of our team and the quality of service.

 

5. Vehicle Condition

5.1. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information about the vehicle's condition, including any pre-existing damage.

 

5.2. Mintt Mobile Detailing is not responsible for damage to personal items left in the vehicle during the detailing process.

 

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1. Customers are responsible for removing personal items, hazardous materials, and valuables from the vehicle prior to detailing.

 

6.2. Please inform our team of any specific concerns or requests before the detailing process begins.

 

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

7.1. We strive to provide high-quality service. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will address your concerns promptly.

 

8. Liability

8.1. While we take utmost care during the detailing process, Mintt Mobile Detailing is not liable for any pre-existing damage or issues with the vehicle.

 

8.2. We are not responsible for any damage or loss of items left in the vehicle during the detailing process.
